The hours listed on Google are for phone calls and scheduling. You can text or FaceBook message us anytime. We do work outside of the business hours posted. Please contact us for availability. 

We require 50% down to reserve the dates. The remainder of the balance is due before the first date of service. 

Pet sitting or dog walking outside of the listed areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more info. Additional charge of $5 per day for Pet Sitting out of the 15905-zip code.

Due to the ever-changing schedules all customers must call/ text, email, or Facebook message us to book a service. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for existing customers.  

Due to the risk of spreading them to other customers, we will not pet sit any pets that have fleas or a house that has a flea infestation. 

Our number one concern is for the safety of your pet. If we feel that the conditions outside may injure your pet during a walk, we will cancel your appointment. This can include such things as hot pavement, icy conditions, heavy rain, hail, etc. If the appointment is cancelled by us, you can reschedule for another date. 

You pet's safety is our top priority. Retractable leashes can fail over time causing injury to the caregiver or your pet. We use additional safety precautions on all of our dog walks. 

No, we do not stay overnight at your house, and you cannot drop off your pet to us. We will come out as often as you like to take care of your pets. We do not have any plans to do boarding in the future. 

Yes, prices are $15 per session. 

No, we will not let your cat out of the house during our visit. We strive to ensure the safety of your cat while in our care. 

No, we do not and do not plan on it in the future. 

As of 10/29/2023 we have decided to do away with the service charge for credit/ debit card use. New prices will go into effect on 12/1/2023.

You will be charged for the Dog Pet Sitting rate plus an additional $5 per day for the Cats. Up to 3 litter box cleanings is included in this. 

You will be charged an additional $5 per day for each additional dog. Up to 4 additional cats will be charged $5 per day.

There is a $30 fee for returned checks. 

We offer a 10% discount to active military members, veterans, and law enforcement on all services. Proof of status is required. 

We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem your pet to be aggressive. This will be determined prior to service.
